Real estate agency Svoboda & Williams has acquired exclusivity for the sale of apartments in the Mánesova 78 residential project in Vinohrady. The project was successfully approved in November 2020.

The residential project Mánesova 78 was realized with the ambition to connect the historical character of a typical Vinohrady house with contemporary design and first-class equipment of apartments. There are 28 apartments with layouts of 1+kk to 3+kk on the six above-ground floors, on the seventh and eighth floors there are five largest apartments with floor areas from 82 m2 to 156 m2.
